Isaacs Pools and Spas began in Elizabethton in 1978 and has been in Johnson City for 10 years.

What Will You Be Doing?
The Service Assistant’s primary role is the delivery of hot tubs and saunas to customers homes, regular pool and spa maintenance (cleaning and water care), and possibly assisting in our warehouse refurbishing or scrapping old tubs. There are opportunities to advance to a full technician and perform complete technical maintenance of pools and spas after tech training both in the classroom and in the field.
Delivers products to customer homes with delivery crew
Basic water care and cleaning
Ride along with Service Technicians to provide assistance and learn
May assist at warehouse with refurbishing program
Drives company vehicle for business purposes as required
Maintains a clean and safe working environment, utilizing all available resources, ensuring safety and security of the employees, customers and property

Reads all notes for each day’s service routes
Performs preventative and repair maintenance on pool/spa equipment
Interacts with customer to ensure all expectations are met
May collect payment on site from customer for parts/service
Records all work performed on each site through technology
Drives company vehicle for business purposes as required
Potential to earn bonus for selling customer additional parts/chemicals/replacement items and potentially even new spa/sauna
Maintains a clean and safe working environment, utilizing all available resources, ensuring safety and security of the employees, customers and property

What You Bring To Us
Experience with pool and spa operation and maintenance, to include water care, required
Experience with Hot Spring Spas a bonus but not required
A desire to contribute to the success of the entire service team and the company by finding ways to innovate and improve efficiency
Ability to lift at least 50 lbs on a regular basis
A hard work ethic willing to go the extra length to provide a great experience for our customers
A desire to work with a good group of people and have fun while maintaining and servicing health and home leisure products for customers
